ORDER PROCESSING

All orders for physical books are processed through Wix Store. Once your order is confirmed, the book(s) will be printed and fulfilled by Bookvault, our trusted printing and distribution partner. Bookvault ensures the quality printing of your books and manages all aspects of packaging and shipping.

SHIPPING TIMES

Bookvault prints each book on demand, which means there is a production time before the book is shipped. Typically, this takes 8 to 10 business days. After printing, the estimated shipping times are as follows:

USA & Puerto Rico Orders: 3 to 7 business days

Please note that these times are estimates, and unforeseen delays, such as customs or local postal service delays, may extend delivery time.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. These costs will be displayed during checkout on Wix Store. before you finalize your purchase. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and weight of the package.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been printed and shipped, we will send a notification with tracking details, so you can monitor the delivery progress.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your book arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at curlosantsrest@gmail.com within 30 days of the shipping date. We will work with Bookvault to resolve the issue, whether that involves resending the book or issuing a refund.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review the following policy on refunds and cancellations. These terms are applicable for any products that purchased with us.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because each of book is printed on demand, you are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have entered processing and printing stages.

REFUNDS

If you have not received your order within 30 days of the shipping date, you may contact us to request a refund. Only regular priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, any product on sale cannot be refunded.
